By accessing or using BountyLabz ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
BountyLabz is a platform that connects content creators, video editors, and brands. Creators and brands can post bounties (contests) with prize pools, and editors compete by creating and posting content. Winners are determined based on video views.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
- One person may only maintain one account on the Platform.
4. User Roles
Creators
Can post bounties, set prize pools, and manage campaigns.
Editors
Can participate in bounties by submitting content and earn prizes based on performance.
Brands
Can create product campaigns, upload brand assets, and run promotional bounties.
5. Bounties and Payments
- Bounty creators must fund the full prize pool before the bounty goes live.
- Prize distribution follows the platform's standard structure (40% 1st, 25% 2nd, 10% 3rd, 15% positions 4-50).
- A 10% platform fee is deducted from the prize pool.
- Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs.1,000.
- All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

6. Content Guidelines
- All submitted content must be original or properly licensed.
- Content must not violate any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Prohibited content includes: illegal material, hate speech, harassment, spam, or misleading content.
- The Platform reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.
7. View Counting and Verification
- Views are tracked from YouTube and Instagram using official APIs.
- Artificial view manipulation (bots, purchased views) is strictly prohibited.
- Suspected fraud may result in disqualification and account termination.
- The Platform's view count determination is final.
8. Prohibited Activities
- Creating multiple accounts to participate in the same bounty.
- Manipulating view counts through artificial means.
- Submitting content that belongs to others.
- Attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
- Harassing other users or Platform staff.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any pending withdrawals may be forfeited in cases of fraud or serious violations.
10. Disclaimers
- The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee any specific earnings or results.
- We are not responsible for content posted by users.
- Third-party platform (YouTube, Instagram) policies also apply to submitted content.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BountyLabz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or Platform notification.
